Radioactive cesium exceeding the legal limit was detected in green tea leaves harvested in Ibaraki and Kanagawa prefectures, which prompted the government to instate mandatory screening. But the governors of Shizuoka and Kanagawa say screening is really only necessary for certain types of tea.
